Dr. David M. Smuin is the senior pastor of Experience & NCCChurch.  He is also President of Faith Counseling and Training. Rev. Smuin holds a Ph.D. In Clinical Pastoral Counseling, M.A. in Clinical Christian Counseling and a BA in Theology. Rev. Smuin has a heart to see others mentored and released into the ministry. He is a gifted teacher, speaker, and counselor. Dr. Dave has served as a pastor, counselor, short-term missionary and instructor. Pastor Smuin was first licensed to preach in 1991 and then Ordained as a Pastor in 1994. He is an N.C.C.A. Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Ordained Minister of Counseling, Ordained Pastor and Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. He holds board certifications in Group Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Certified Temperament Therapist, Death and Grief therapy. Pastor Dave's wife, Angie, also shares his passion for the Lord, counseling and helping others find their place in ministry.
