The presbytery of the National Conservative Christian Church consists of the following three men.
Dr. Richard G. Arno, Ph.D. Bishop Dr. Richard G. Arno is the Founder of the National Christian Counselors Association. He served six years as the Director of Counseling for C.B.N.’s 700 Club. Dr. Arno was a United Methodist minister for eight years before his appointment to C.B.N.He was elected to Who’s Who in Leading American Executives in 1991 and has been awarded several honorary doctorates and citations which include the Eagles Award and the Award of The Good Shepherd.Dr. Arno is also the President of the National Board of Christian Clinical Therapists. He serves as the Bishop of The National Conservative Christian Church and Dr. Arno has personally authored a book titled: “A Touch of Grace.”Dr. Richard Arno resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Dr. Phyllis Arno. They have three children, Richard Jr., Jaysen, Erin and three grandchildren, Trey, Mara and Noah.
Dr. Donald W. Struble, M.B.A., D.B.A. President Dr. Donald W. Struble is President of the National Conservative Christian Church, Inc. a nationwide church and ministerial organization. He is President of Vision Teams International, is an inspirational speaker, author, seminar presenter and guest preacher in many churches. He is a management consultant to ministries and other non-profit organizations. He has a background in banking, finance and accounting, and was for a number of years a Senior Vice President of a bank. Dr. Struble was ordained to the ministry in 1975, pastored three churches over a period of 24 years, and was president of an international fellowship of ministers and churches, as well as host of ministry tours to Israel and an adjunct professor of a Bible college. Dr. Don has presented seminars and organized ministries in 22 states, 5 provinces of Canada and 7 foreign countries. His experience as a counseling chaplain of an adolescent psychiatric hospital and as administrator of a residential treatment center, has added to his valuable knowledge of the Christian counseling profession. He holds an M.B.A and a Doctor of Business Administration from Cornerstone University. Pastor Don and his wife Paula, who is a minister of dramatic praise and a teacher of leadership in worship, reside in Sarasota Florida.
Dr. David M. Smuin, M.S., Ph.D. General Secretary Dr. David M. Smuin is the General Secretary of the National Conservative Christian Church, Pastor of The Living Room Christian Fellowship and President of Faith Counseling and Training. Rev. Smuin holds a Ph.D. In Clinical Pastoral Counseling, M.A. in Clinical Christian Counseling and a BA in Theology. Rev. Smuin has a heart to see others mentored and released into the ministry. He is a gifted teacher, speaker and counselor. Dr. Dave has served as a pastor, counselor, short-term missionary and instructor. Pastor Smuin was first licensed to preach in 1991 and then Ordained as a Pastor in 1994. He is an N.C.C.A. Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Ordained Minister of Counseling, Ordained Pastor and Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. He holds board certifications in Group Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Certified Temperament Therapist, Death and Grief therapy.
Pastor Dave's wife, Angie, also shares his passion for the Lord, counseling and helping others find their place in ministry. They have two girls and three boys ranging in age from 3 to 20 years of age.
