PAYROLL SERVICE The Payroll Service is offered as a stand alone service, or may be a part of the full ministry accounting service. The primary benefit for a church or other ministry using the payroll service is the complete and accurate tax reports and payroll records, which are provided, including 941's, W-2's, W-3's, 1099's and 1096's. The National Conservative Christian Church prepares and files all of these forms for you, all during the year, as required. The minister or staff person is treated as on loan and are paid by the National Conservative Christian Church, an exempt 501(c)(3) church organization. The recipients are entitled to full ministerial benefits, (where appropriate as an ordained, commissioned or licensed minister of the gospel) with housing allowances, medical health care plan, tax sheltered retirement plan, union dues, authorized expenses, etc. A single check or other donations are sent to us for the amount of the payroll, plus charges, deduction items, taxes. etc., in exchange for the paychecks. The bi-weekly pay period closes at midnight Saturday night and time sheets are faxed to the office for data entry. Payday is the following Friday In addition, our system utilizes all qualifications for employee benefits for ministers and staff. Some ministers do not have a legal covering of a tax exempt church organization to qualify them for certain tax privileges for ordained ministers, including the tax exempt housing allowance and 403(b) tax deferred retirement funding. For these ministers, the National Conservative Christian Church will determine if the ministry qualifies to come under it's authority and incorporate their staff in the payroll of the church. Payroll is run for all employees bi-weekly or monthly. All payroll taxes are computed each pay period, as well as earned vacation time and authorized sick leave hours. Deductions from paychecks are deposited in the proper manner or remitted directly to the appropriate agency. Ministers exempt from Social Security are provided for. Standard payroll deductions: Optional payroll deductions: - Federal Withholding Tax - Christian Care Medi-Share - State and Local Income Tax - Professional Dues - F.I.C.A. - Educational Tuition - Payroll Advance Deduction - Child Day Care A one-time set-up charge for the payroll system is $25.00 per ministry, plus $3.00 per employee. After that, the cost is a simple 5% of the gross payroll, per pay period, payable in exchange for the paychecks, bi-weekly. The staff paychecks are inserted in window envelopes and delivered to your location by Federal Express. An invoice will be attached, which will include the amount of all payroll checks, all payroll taxes, employer contributions and the appropriate charge. A check or money order for the total amount is to be at the National Conservative Christian Church office in Florida the following business day. To speed this process, the administrative office will fax or email a copy of the invoice to the recipient's office on the day preceding the day of pay checks, in order to have the payment prepared in time to cover the employees pay checks. |

and the checks are dated that Friday. The amount of the total payroll exchange is faxed or telephoned to your office on Wednesday or Thursday for you to prepare the exchange check and get it in the mail. The pay checks will be shipped by Federal Express to your office to arrive during the day Friday. Your check should also arrive at our office on that Friday. That's the end of your work. No payroll deductions to figure, no tax money to calculate and deposit in the bank some day in the future, no quarterly tax reports, and no annual W-2's or 1099's to produce in January.
