MINISTRY  OVERVIEW

The purpose of the National Conservative Christian Church, a chartered Christian church organization is two-fold. It is to identify people who have a desire to be involved in some form of ministry and to provide those called by God with recognition, services and helps which will aid them in fulfilling their own unique vision. Also, it is to identify and minister biblical truths to unfulfilled people who need spiritual and practical intervention in their lives through a variety of means.

To accomplish this multi-faceted purpose, the ministry has nine defined programs or systems within which many members can relate and yet not all be connected for the same reason. These nine programs are briefly outlined below, to give you an overview of the many ways the N.C.C.C. may be able to assist you to become all that the Lord intends for you. Some of these activities are fresh and still being polished. Others have been in place for ten years or more and many people are benefiting from those systems.

Affinity Three Dimension Fellowship

It is the integrated life experience of Spirit, Soul and Body, enjoying the benefits of being in relationship with other believers. It is therefore learning, experiencing and being respon­sible for all three dimensions of human creativity, in combined attention and prosperity.  Modern western society will no longer go to one store for one ingredient, a second store for the second needed ingredient, and yet a third location for a third ingredient.  They want one-stop shopping. The N.C.C.C. offers a counseling model called Temple Maintenance Counseling, which begins with a course of study by the same name.

The same thought process applies to education.  Adults, as well as young people, do not expect to attend one school for one subject and another school for another prime subject, and then attend a third academy or institution for a third subject in order to master the major purpose of matriculating. In the 21^st Century, believers are looking for a faith-based environ­ment or a Bible oriented ministry from which to access spiritual, practical, emotional, and physical understanding and the tools to implement the behavioral changes in their lives to enjoy their experience here on earth.  There is a cry for church-life that is related to real life.

All three dimensions communicated and developed as a church ministry.

Those gathering together for common edification and accountability toward a more fulfilled life experience focus on the Life Experience Quadrant.  They become a team or family in focus, with a desire to grow up or mature into the full potential of God's plan.  They receive training and coaching on a weekly basis.  They implement the knowledge into their lives progressively going forward.  They are accountable to the Lord, to leadership, and to each other for the truths and tools placed at their disposal continuously day-by-day, week-by-week, and month-by-month.  They enjoy the relationships with each other, in fun, learning, enterprise, personal growth, relaxation, tribulation and recreation.

The ministry is designed to elevate our life experience in balance across the Life Experience Quadrant.  We believe the biblical illustration of this is found as the First Century pattern of ministry of the Gospel of Jesus by Apostle Peter and the other apostles, recorded in The Acts of The Apostles, chapter 2, verses 38 through 47.

Just examine life in the first generation of believers following Christ's ascension to The Father's right hand. The promise of God, the Blood Covenant, became available to all of them and their offspring down through the ages, even as far away as America.  Apostle Peter and the others solemnly testified and kept exhorting them to be transformed from the life-style of the day, which Apostle Paul reiterated to us in Romans 12:1 and 2.

Personal Ministerial Credentials and a ministerial fellowship for those called to be ministerial leaders in their towns. This is for commissioned ministers, licensed ministers and ordained ministers in various categories or callings. They are clergy identified at three levels and each carries a certificate and a wallet card identifying the status of their ministerial credential. There are three pages of description of these ministerial credentials found later in this booklet.

There are currently N.C.C.C. ministers, pastors, chaplains, pastoral counselors, evangelists, missionaries and many other callings located all across the United States and in four foreign countries.

National connectivity and organizational identification of independent ministry centers, under the direct supervision and legal covering of the N.C.C.C.  These are called Sponsored or Chartered Ministry Centers , each being chartered by us as a division of this national corporation.  They will receive up to 30 minutes of phone consultation monthly, quarterly accounting and financial statements, administrative services and optional payroll service as part of their contractual relationship with the N.C.C.C.

There are currently Chartered Ministry Centers in 24 States benefiting from having a quick start-up process and an on-going business administrator available to them by phone by all management, tax and operational guidance.

In most cases, this is the connection of local churches pastored by N.C.C.C. credentialed ministers. Many of these centers are outreach centers, worship centers, house church networks or pastoral counseling centers. All chartered ministry centers must be lead by a credentialed N.C.C.C. minister. A full des­cription of the corporate covering by the N.C.C.C. is found later in this booklet.

The International Missions Department is a fresh undertaking designed to encourage and lift up the hands and spirits of Christian missionaries in foreign locations. It's work will center around short term missions projects, coordinated by the N.C.C.C. missions director who will enable believers within and outside of the N.C.C.C. organization to bring their talents and resources to a hard working couple or team lifting up the name of Jesus in another culture. There will be organization wide communication regarding opportunities and needs available to all members of the N.C.C.C. at every level.

Some of the tithes and offerings from the various small group ministries meeting in local towns will be designated for these international missions projects. In no event does this ministry ever wish to detract from tithes to a person's local church. If however, an N.C.C.C. ministry center or church is that person's local church relationship, offerings and tithes will be received for purposes such as our missions work, evangelism and outreach, as well as for all other church support.

Tithes and offerings of both our clergy members and our Chartered Ministry Centers are received at the national office for its on-going spiritual, administrative and developmental purposes.  Giving is accounted for separately from fees, tuitions, courses, products, and services.  Giving of tithes and offerings are recorded on annual giving records, which may be requested at any time.  Annually, in January, all members and centers receive their annual Record of Giving, which is income tax deductible as charitable giving.  A large portion of the operating expenses of the home office are sustained by the loyal giving of offerings and tithes of members and chartered ministry centers.

The question now is: What is your vision? How can N.C.C.C. assist you in fulfilling that unique concept the Lord has given to you? We do not exist as a ministry to draw people to our vision, but rather to quietly come along side of you and assist you in achieving your vision.

ECCLESIASTICAL  COVERING

Leaders of ministries do not operate from the same motivation as those equally educated and talented in the secular marketplace.  The objectives of those men and women called of God to pastor, evangelize, teach, counsel, and preach, as an agent of the Lord, do so because they wish to help hurting people, make a change in fam­ilies with problems, save people from hell (now or later) and lead them to a better life.  Although they do need to be paid or earn a living from their ministry, they are not primarily motivated to make a profit for investors, themselves or others.

From that significant difference, Christian leaders are separated in their career fields from their secular counterparts, for legal, accounting, tax, and other reasons.  Ministers must be protected from the demand for privileged information from clients of pastoral counseling.  Ministers must be allowed to perform the tenants and sacraments of worship within their religious beliefs.  Finances that come to the minister, and the church they operate within, come from the revenues of other Christians, desiring to give offerings and contributions to support the work of the church and the minister.  These offerings should not be taxed by the government, either to the donor or to the church as recipient.  Ministers should not be direct­ed by any level of government as to how or what is considered religious activity of the church, as to teaching, worship, praise, prayer, counseling, assembling, or any other practice, according to the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

To facilitate this separation of ministers and church activities, the National Conser­vative Christian Church shall provide individual ministerial credentials appropriate to the clergy function of the minister, and chartered relationships with local church groups and evangelistic ministry centers.  The National Conservative Christian Church is a non-profit corporation chartered in the State of Florida, as a religious charitable organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and is tax exempt as a church.

If clergy persons receive ministerial credentials, as defined later in this booklet of these descriptions, they will be separated as defined by appropriate law.  Certain laws apply to certain types of credentials and not to others.  For example; housing allowances for ministers are only allowable to those who meet the I.R.S. require­ments for the performance of sacerdotal services and are either licensed, commis­sioned or ordained.

Therefore, all credentialed ministers must submit quarterly reports of ministry acti­vities in order to be covered by the national office.  The national office will vouch for and speak well of those who are in good standing and are not under any disci­plinary action.  There shall be a disciplinary procedure published, includ­ing provi­sion for access by all accused.  All credentialed ministers shall receive an appro­priate certificate and credential card defining the level of credential received and the effective date.  All personal credentials shall have a one year validity and must be renewed by meeting the necessary administrative and academic requirements.

Local church groups and ministry centers shall also be covered and well reported if properly conducting it's ministry business according to the policies and pro­cedures of the National Conservative Christian Church.  A chartered local ministry shall receive a certificate and appropriate papers documenting and defining the connectional relationship.  The tax exempt status of the ministry is established by the continuous reporting of each clergy member and each chartered center.
