Leadership Coach
A coach is a person who can see the ultimate objective, whatever it is for a person, group, company or ministry. Their ministry is to guide the leadership or point person on a team to navigate the obstacles and the decisions through all of the topics that pop up, such as marketing, vision casting, development, financial underwriting, team building, relationship attraction, ethical standards, succession development and leadership behavior. Coaching can be accomplished privately or within a small group.
A leadership coach must have some significant experience in entity or organization leadership, in order to perceive all of the client’s situations from a leader’s perspective and give the necessary coaching to those involved. As a Christian minister, the coach must point to scriptural principles that guide a leader or an organization to stay on mission, always behave on the high ground and make ethical and moral decisions that line up with the Word.
The National Conservative Christian Church will endorse and provide ordination, licensing or commissioning to adequately and properly trained candidates.
