House Church Pastor
The church of Jesus Christ, which is the Body of Christ, is returning to the pattern of believer gatherings of the First Century, daily and weekly gatherings in homes. Around the world, the church gathering in homes is exploding into the living demonstration of the followers of Jesus over twenty centuries ago. The leader or couple who coordinates the relationship building of a church that meets in a house is in the pastor role of ministry and may also oversee a small local network of house churches, just as those written to in Galatians, Ephesians, Romans, Corinthians, Philippians, Colossians, and Thessalonians.
By planting seeds of believers in house churches, a house church pastor can repeat the process, assembling a dozen or more house churches under his or her leadership. That local network of small groups, which occasionally assembles together in a rented facility, will be one of the largest churches in your town. Consider: 12 houses with a church family of 25 in each one adds up to 300 members. That’s three times the size of the average church in America.
The National Conservative Christian Church will endorse and provide ordination, licensing or commissioning to adequately and properly trained candidates.
