for missionaries and traveling ministers
Most overseas ministries, as well as many state-side traveling ministries, do not have the time, personnel, nor facilities to take care of all the daily administrative requirements involved in operating as a non-profit ministry. Our Sarasota office is the "home office" to these ministries, providing a professional administrator who understands the needs of the traveling or absentee minister.
The services provided include:
- Mail Box Service (Our mail box becomes your address.) As soon as your service begins, you should notify all of your correspondents of your new address. Mail will be opened and scanned. If directed, we will email an image of the correspondence document to you.
- Giving Records for all donors are maintained continuously and a copy of each active donor record is mailed to each active donor quarterly or semi-annually, plus a list of all receipts is prepared for the minister monthly. All contibutions are tax deductable. Contribution checks should be made payable to the name of your Chartered Ministry Center or the N.C.C.C. for your support.
- Mailing List Maintenance. We correct any address changes which we are notified of, and add or subtract any names as directed. This is done as part of the Donor Record Keeping System.
- Email periodic newsletters. The minister must write or compose the material to be sent as an online newsletter. In order to save your ministry printing and postage costs, newsletters should be created as .jpeg files and sent to us for attaching to email messages from your headquarters. Most minitries are doing what banks and industries are doing: communicating with their community via email. This reduces the consumption of paper, reduces the time lag in getting our your message, and is deliverable to any country. You may create your document in MisroSoft Word, send it to us as an attachement and we can convert it to an unchangeable .jpeg file.
- Money transfer to the ministers or missionaries where they are located, can be done by electronic transfer to a credit card account, Wal-Mart wire transfer to a foreign bank, or deposited locally to the ministr's bank account. This is done bi-weekly where practical.
The charge for this service is merely five percent (5%) of the cash flow of the cash flow into the donor record keeping system (half of the tithe(, either by check deposits or automatic monly credit card EFT drafts. Since this is the place supplying their ministry needs, a portion of the tithe of the receipts is left here. The minimum monthly amount shall be no less than $70 monthly, and does not include printing costs, postage, shipping or express charges. Any such optional expenses shall be deducted from the monthly income transfer.
