CHARTERING UNDER THE N.C.C.C.

The National Conservative Christian Church charters N.C.C.C. Ministry Centers, Counseling Centers, House Churches, Traditional Churches and Workplace Churches, as local units of the national organization. As an N.C.C.C. chartered ministry, there is no need to separately incorporate, but your ministry operates as a division of the national organization, under it's supervision.

A standard charter and contractual agreement will be issued to the director of the center or pastor of the church, under which that ministry shall operate. Financial accounting and professional operating procedures will be according to the N.C.C.C. standard operating procedures for ministry centers or for churches. Reporting and accountability procedures are built into the system, for the protection of the center, the director, the church, the pastor and the national office of the N.C.C.C.

A Policies and Procedures Manual, which contains all procedures and expectations of all of the parties, is available for the cost of $95, plus $8 shipping. If the ministry becomes a related ministry center, the $95 will be applied toward the application fee.

Local centers may choose to be identified as part of a connectional team of ministry ministries by displaying the N.C.C.C. name and logo on printed Chartered Ministry Center, Christian Counseling Center, Churches, House Churchesmaterial and publicity. This is not mandatory, but is to be communicated to the national office with samples sent, if practiced.

Ministry centers focus primarily on discipling, mentoring, coaching and counseling individuals. They are to consider that the Bible contains the answers to any problems of people God has created. Ministry centers are encouraged to establish group gatherings, process groups, or instruction classes on a weekly basis, as a discipleship method. Training is available for ministry center staff, to become proficient in Christian counseling. Those ministries that are house churches or traditional program based churches will be coached in church leadership and administration.  Those who are operating a Temple Maintenance Counseling Center will be coached in three dimension ministry.

The designated leader of any N.C.C.C. church or small group ministry shall be expected to complete two courses of study related to local small group ministry, within the first two years of the relationship.  These courses are: Foundations for Ministers (MN-501), Effective Expansion (MN-503), and Temple Maintenance Counseling (MN-450). The first course (MN-501) is the foundational course for new ministers requesting clergy credentialing and is required. The Temple Maintenance Counseling course (MN-450) is required for anyone commencing a Temple Maintenance Counseling Center.

Financial revenue received as donations, may be deposited in a local bank account containing the N.C.C.C. name or made payable to the National Conservative Christian Church and sent to the home office. These shall receive receipts from the N.C.C.C.  If the staff of the ministry center is on the N.C.C.C. payroll, these revenues must be sufficient to cover the payroll each pay period.  See "Payroll Service" description for details.  Payment for services rendered shall absolutely never be exchanged for a receipt for a charitable contribution.  Payments for services are never contributions.

Groups meeting regularly in homes or in work places may qualify for church recognition if they are performing religious services, conforming to the Policies and Procedures Manual of the N.C.C.C., and abiding by the standards of ministry as required.  Full instructions are available for beginning and maintaining home churches, cell groups, Temple Maintenance Centers and workplace churches. These are the primary evangelistic ministries of the National Conservative Christian Church.

The location of a gathering of the Body of Christ has little bearing on whether that gathering is called a church.  The church is not the building, but rather those who are believers in the Lordship of Christ, those who worship Jesus. Sponsored (chartered) centers or ministries are those that are chartered as remote divisions of the N.C.C.C. in distant locations and are not separately incorporated. The monthly combined charter fee, General Accounting and Management Consulting is $59.00.

Please request an application for chartering an N.C.C.C. ministry center, house church, workplace church, or Temple Maintenance Center, if you are interested in beginning a ministry in your local area under the auspices of the National Conservative Christian Church. The application fee is only $195.00.  There is no annual renewal cost.
