Four decades ago, 80% of the average workplace contained people who received some form of moral, ethical or spiritual input into their lives once a week, by attending a church service. Today, only 6% of the average workplace contains people who receive any form of moral, ethical or spiritual input into their lives. Therefore, many business owners and executives are hiring chaplains to circulate inside of and bring some form of ethical and moral code to their company. With the decrease of church attendance across America, the chaplain in the workplace is replacing the pastor in thousands of lives.
A Three-Dimension Character Chaplain® is unique in their equipping and world-view. They understand that a person is created in three parts: spirit, soul and body, and that each of the parts influences the other parts and is an integral component of the whole person.
